The basic fee for attending the ASPE 2018 conference is (for attending a barbecue dinner, you must be charged 80 PLN):

  • 670 PLN for payment until 23 April 2018
  • Between 24 April and 16 May 2018.

The aspe conference fee for doctoral students and students is (for attending a barbecue dinner, you must be charged 80 PLN):

  • PLN 520 for payment until 23 April 2018
  • Between 24 April and 16 May 2018.

The fee includes:

  1. Conference materials
  2. Coffee breaks (17-18.05) and lunch (17.05.2018)
  3. Attending a gala dinner on 17.05.2018 
  4. aspe membership fee for 2018 (Participants who will pay a conference fee become members of ASPE in 2018.)

The fee does not include:

  1. Attending a barbecue dinner (16.05.2018 – for those willing – 80 PLN, please pay a transfer fee, including a conference fee.  If necessary, we will send a separate email asking you to deposit the full amount for attending the conference without breaking that amount into the components)
  2. Accommodation

In the title of the transfer, please provide the name of the person/persons for which the fee is made and the added: "aspe conference fee 2018".

The invoice will be prepared before the conference and sent electronically. For those who pay to attend a gil dinner, the amount for attending the conference will be adequately increased on the invoice, without specifying the dinner in a separate position.
For those who have paid aspe membership fee for 2018, the conference fee shall be:

  • 520 PLN (445 PLN for doctoral students) for payments until April 23, 2018.
  • 570 PLN (495 PLN for doctoral students) for payments between April 24 and 16 May 2018.
