The basic fee for attending the ASPE 2017 conference is (if you attend a barbecue dinner, you must add 60 PLN to the fee):

  • 500 PLN for payment until 13 April 2017
  • 550 PLN for payments between 14 April and 5 May 2017

The aspe conference fee for doctoral students and students is (if you attend a barbecue dinner, you must add 60 PLN to the fee):

  • 275 PLN for payment until 13 April 2017
  • Pln 325 for payments between 14 April and 5 May 2017

The fee includes:

  1. Conference materials
  2. Coffee breaks (12-13.05) and lunch (12.05.2017)
  3. Attending a gala dinner on 12.05.2017 

The fee does not include:

  1. Attending a barbecue dinner (11.05.2017 – for those willing – 60 PLN, please pay a transfer fee including a conference fee)
  2. Accommodation 

Participants who pay a conference fee become aspe members in 2017.

For those who have paid aspe membership fee for 2017, the conference fee shall be:

  • 350 PLN (200 PLN for doctoral students and students) for payments until April 13, 2017.
  • 400 PLN (250 PLN for doctoral students and students) for payments between 14 April and 5 May 2017.
The conference fee should be paid by bank transfer to the ASPE account:

In the title of the transfer, please provide the name of the person/persons for which the fee is made and the added: "aspe conference fee 2017".

The invoice will be prepared before the conference and sent electronically.
